In order to guarantee your booking we will require your credit card details to include the following: Full name, credit card number, expiry date, and the last 3 digits of the security number on the back strip next to your signature.

Cancellation policy

High Season

• Cancellations or booking changes made up to 7 days in advance of your arrival will incur no charges.
• From 7 days before arrival up to the day before will incur a one night charge.
• If there is no cancellation but you fail to arrive or leave before the end of your scheduled stay, you will be fully charged.
• The Hotel reserves the right to charge the booking on receipt of your credit card details.

Medium and Low Season

• Cancellations or booking changes made up to 48 hours in advance of your arrival will incur no charges.
• From 48 hours up to the day before arrival and in the instance where there is no cancellation and the booking is not used (a no show), there will be one night charge per room booked.
• If you choose to check out before the end of your pre arranged booking, you will be charged 30% of the total amount.
• For bookings of 3 or more rooms, High Season policy applies.
• The Hotel reserves the right to charge for your first night on receipt of your credit card details.
